Keynote Presenters are Emilia Murry Ramey and Jody John Ramey,
authors of the book, Autistics Guide to Dating.

How does one develop skills for friendship and romance across the
autism spectrum? How does Self-Advocacy intersect with friendship and
romance?

How can parents and professionals assist in friendly and romantic
development?

When should the instruction of sexuality occur for Autistics?

What are the legal implications for Autistics engaging in romantic
relationships?

These and other questions will be addressed at Autism Advocacy Alive,
a conference that is in its third year of production. Where do we go
from here will be a goal for the Question and answer period.
Unamplified rock music, Chamber music, poetry, pictures, and even
strait lecture will illustrate the lessons of advocacy and sexuality
and how this fits in to the Autistic universe. At the end of the
conference, the keynote speakers will do a signing and books will be
available for purchase. The event itself is free. No childcare
